The 16th of August was a landmark day for Atomia in Switzerland, now one of our largest markets. On this day Swisscom took their new, Atomia powered, hosting platform into production and started accepting new customers.
Swiss web host and domain giant Switchplus has made a rather unorthodox move and opened a retail store on a prime location in Zurich. We were happy to be invited to the opening night and here are some of our impressions.
We’d like to welcome a new hosting company to the Atomia family. Tu CPD Virtual (which translates to Your Virtual Data Center in English) launched a couple of weeks ago in Spain, and we’re very happy to have them on board. Congratulations on launching!
Tu CPD Virtual offers pay-as-you-go VPS hosting using Atomia’s hosting and billing software. Here is how they describe themselves and their approach to the market.
Based in Barcelona, Spain, the experienced team behind Clouding — veterans of Silicon Hosting, a hosting company that’s been around for over 10 years — wanted to launch a modern, cutting-edge cloud hosting service and chose our software to help them achieve this. It’s been a joy to work with them and we think you will love the end result.
We’d like to proudly welcome Cloudnames to the Atomia family. They are a Norwegian web hosting company that starting this March offer domain names and shared hosting services to international customers, all based on the Atomia cloud hosting platform.
As you may recall, last month Swebby launched their hosting service in Sweden, running on Atomia software. This month we would like to congratulate our friends over at ServeTheWorld, who just took their Atomia-powered hosting service online. ServeTheWorld has been around for quite some time and is one of the leading hosting companies in Norway. We’re very happy to have them on board.
We’d like to congratulate our friends at Swebby. Just over a week ago, Swebby launched their Atomia-powered hosting service to the Swedish public. We’re partial, of course, but we think it looks great.
With the help of Atomia, Active 24 will be offering its customers improved performance and reliability with a focus on end user friendliness. The new products will be available in Norway, UK, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands and Spain.
