Operational support services

The day-to-day running of a hosting service requires a lot of technical expertise and staff. We can provide you with expert operational support, including system monitoring and proactive problem resolution, leaving you able to focus on the customer experience and marketing.

Among other things, depending on your level of support, we can:

  • Handle Atomia system updates and patching for you.
  • Log in to your servers and help you troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor your system (process, app and external monitoring).
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Even manage your entire platform for you, if you so wish.

In short, we’ll use our extensive hosting industry experience and expertise to help you make sure your hosting services run as smoothly and reliably as possible.

Just as with regular support, we have three tiers of operational support. Unlike regular support, none are included by default with the Atomia license.
